1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party sites
  • Clearance or final-sale items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you of approval or rejection
  • Process approved refunds within 5–10 business days
  • Issue refunds to your original payment method

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved.


5. Lost or Missing Shipments

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time:
